Ok, so I've been reading through Conspiracy of Shadows and liking what I see. Lovin' a good chunk of it, in fact...mostly.

See, there are a couple of things that jumped out at me in a bad way. This post is about those things and not about any of the really cool stuff (so don't get the wrong idea about the game, this post is a hideously lop-sided view).

Alright, that's that. Those are the big problems I ran into and some of the frustrations I had with the text. I hope you don't take offense, Keith.

Also, this does not accurately reflect my experience with reading the game as a whole. In the main, I was very excited about what I was reading because there are some smart and clever mechanics and concepts presented. They also started a number of wheels turning. Oh, and the Chase Scene mechanics found on the CoS wiki? Fuckin' genius.
