Anyone know of a decent guide for repairing CRT monitors, for someone with no experience in such repairs?

Since I know that's a long-shot, and the activity is probably inadvisable, can anyone recommend (where to find) monitor repair services?

Reason: I have a 21" Trinitron that still almost works -- fine in DOS, but craps out the instant it hits Windows (ie: severe screen distortion and warping, isn't a resolution or refresh rate problem) -- and thus might continue to work with some internal readjustments or part replacement. I only bought the thing a couple of years ago, so I'm steamed I paid so much and ended up with such little usage.
